Advanced Skills programs provide deeper learning through the introduction of specific pricing tools and their application to cases and company specific exercises. Typically, these sessions are delivered through 1-2 day classroom training sessions.

  • Pricing Strategy Skills Development
  • A unique, multi-day, class-room based offering in which participants, guided by a facilitator, apply pricing tools to improve their existing pricing strategies.

  • New Product and Service Pricing
  • A program providing a value-based approach to pricing new product and service offerings. Topics include: pricing over the product life cycle, managing perceived risk of new products, bundling, and pricing research.

  • Countering Procurement Strategies
  • A powerful program to help participants develop effective negotiation tactics to counter aggressive procurement approaches. Topics include: value pricing, selling and negotiation concepts and techniques, and responses to specific procurement tactics.

  • Depth Interviewing Techniques
  • Hands-on instruction in the development of economic value estimation models and training in the methodology and techniques for conducting depth interview research with customers.

  • Pricing Analytics
  • A comprehensive program for analysts and pricing managers centered on interactive instruction on pricing analysis techniques including pricing waterfall, price banding, process mapping, and re-design.
