  • A comprehensive program for analysts and pricing managers centered on interactive instruction on pricing analysis techniques including pricing waterfall, price banding, process mapping and re-design.

  • Strategic Pricing Fundamentals
  • Introduction to core pricing concepts and terminology in an interactive program, which can be tailored to reflect a specific industry, business or pricing challenge. Breakout activities may be inserted in the agenda to address specific learning objectives or to provide a forum for developing an agenda for change.
