Basics programs provide an introduction to key concepts and frameworks. Typically delivered via webcast or half-day to full-day instructor led workshop, the content and facilitation can be tailored to any level audience from C-Level executives to analysts.

  • Concise, interactive web-based introduction to core pricing concepts and terminology. This program may be used to orient/refresh members of the broader organization on principles of pricing strategy and is commonly used as a front-end to advanced skills workshops.

  • Strategic Pricing Fundamentals
  • Introduction to core pricing concepts and terminology in an interactive program, which can be tailored to reflect a specific industry, business or pricing challenge. Breakout activities may be inserted in the agenda to address specific learning objectives or provide a forum for developing an agenda for change.

  • Value Selling and Negotiation
  • Introduction to core pricing and selling concepts and terminology in an interactive program, which can be tailored to reflect a specific industry or business. Breakout activities may be inserted in the agenda to adress specific learning objectives.

  • Pricing Research Techniques
  • Comprehensive exposition of pricing research methodologies including preference and perceptions (Von Westendorf), monadic and polyadic intentions (conjoint analysis), behavioral analysis techniques and hybrid approaches.
