Coaching and Project Leadership

For clients who have experienced staff to conduct analysis, research and develop strategies and recommendations, SPG offers a facilitated coaching model to guide your team through a value-based pricing initiative. Conducted over several months, SPG helps define your initiative and lead your team in executing elements of a value-based pricing strategy. SPG leads your team and provides feedback through 3-4 workshops over the course of the project. After each workshop, your team is assigned specific work to prepare for the following session. SPG staff is available via phone and email throughout the course of the engagement to answer questions and provide direction. This approach provides highly focused access to our most experienced consultants, but leaves all the day to day work to your internal staff. Your staff will be required to perform rigorous analysis and develop ultimate recommendations with SPG acting as coach and subject matter expert. When these resources are not available, we recommend engaging SPG for a consulting project to which we will staff these specialized skills. We offer coaching and project leadership on three specific pricing issues:

  • Creating a product/service price structure
  • Supporting marketing and sales with major account plans and negotiations
  • Quantifying the value of your key product and service offerings
