
John Hogan
Vice President & Director of Research
John provides strategy and thought leadership on client engagements,
and also leads the SPG's research and development on emerging pricing
strategy issues. An award-winning professor from the Boston College
Carroll School of Management, John currently teaches in the executive
education programs at the University of Chicago, Columbia University,
and University of North Carolina. A highly sought-after speaker and
author, John is on the editorial board of the Journal of Service
Research, where he recently won an award for the best article on
service marketing. He is a graduate of Auburn and Indiana Universities,
and earned a Ph.D. at the University of North Carolina.
